HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@frimeparis.com with your name and order number, and we will will review for you.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At Frime Paris, we are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience. To ensure your complete satisfaction, please note our refund and returns policy below:
RETURN TIME
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or return.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please return the items to the showroom located at the following address:

RETURN FEES
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Before returning an item, please contact us by email at contact@frimeparis.com specifying the reason for the return.
- We will respond to you within 48 hours and provide you with the necessary information to process the return.
REFUND
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
